And like others have said, DAMN that's cheap lol. I paid quite a bit more than that for my house, and while it's the same bedroom and bathroom count, it is quite a bit smaller and a townhouse.

my gf got a job in Parsippany, we will have to move there soon.

 

The market has plummeted because of the economy, so houses aren't too bad right now... $375-450k will get you a real nice house in Parsippany. It'll be worth it though, because once the economy bounces back the value of the house will at least double. Morris County and Bergen County are just retarded expensive lol.
