What kind of car are you using? I just got a 7:45 with a Porsche 997T, no ABS, no TCS, no STM, spun out once and got some engine damage halfway through.
i have a A class E46 M3 it drives on rails. i'm trying to get a S class car to handle and its an uncomfortable ride for me. the more i drive the E46 though the more i memorize the breaking points. i run about 3 laps. usually the tank is about at half and tires would be shot

Even if you barely know how to stop without ABS and lock the wheels a bunch of times, it's still a lot better than stopping with ABS on. I've always played on +50% difficulty and I actually just tried with TCS/STM/ABS on and I couldn't believe how pathetically easy it was lol.
If you really want to have a fun challenge, get a Ford GT40MkIV (I think it's the MkIV), upgrade everything (931HP and approx 1700lbs) and take that around the ring. It'll really teach you how to manage power, instead of just mashing the accelerator after every corner.

I had a Audi RS6 and it was a big heavy car and to slow it down where i wanted it i threw ABS on and i got comfortable with it. ill try it again soon.
should we go ahead and do a few laps on the ring at a desginated time and run a 3 lap shootout and see what goes?
