Is it Me?...or Has everyone just gotten REALLY bad at driving these days????

- From going to slow on the Freeway
- Not looking in there mirrors & almost hitting you
- Braking on the Freeway for no reason!!
- Can't comment which direction they are going & almost hitting you...

I swear when I started driving people were A LOT better drivers!!

Any Thoughts??

 

I AGREE!

It's the same in the East. Things I NEVER saw when I started driving. Crossing the double yellow line just to pass someone making a turn, going down the highway at twice the speed limit, passing on the right, passing on the shoulder. Everytime you think you've seen it all, you see something else.

Driving is such a chore, you can't go 3 minutes without avoiding an accident or some idiot yacking on the cell phone.

I guess it's part of our busy lifestyles, just trying to cram more in to our day. That along with longer commutes makes for some scarry stuff. I have seen people going the wrong direction on interstates, and people going the wrong way down a ramp, in reverse. That's the stuff that wakes you up, fast.

I blame it on how some places in order to get your FULL liscence only make you take a pen and paper test.........yeah thats right no in car stuff (<-- DC by the way). In MD it takes about 2 yrs of classes, road tests, and others stuff to get a FULL liscence
