Honda....for their Civic Commercials....

i think they do a much better job of advertising the civic than the tC's one, mediocre commercial...

i really like how they flip the 'c' and make the honda symbol at the end, they music selection is awesome )postal service, MIA is something different...etc) and the commercials just look real nice....

we need to retaliate...

 

yea, they have the commercial here in boston in the subway too. Its that creepy advertisment that they put in tunnels so when you look of the window they give you a heartattack. It gets me everytime.

 

not sure if the Civic commercials
are better than Scion ones,

but they are pretty tight.
the music always gets me though.
when i hear it, i think of a Scion commercial.

 

its no wonder that they sell more civics then they do scions

The thing to remember is that Scion is selling every unit they can produce without a huge advertising blitz.

It's a delicate balance. On one hand, i want to tell everyone about how great Scions are but on the other hand, i don't want everyone going out and buying one either.

I do like that flip of the "C" tho, it actually looks like their brakelights...

Those stupid friggin Element commercials have got to banned, tho. A possum, WTF???

The target one they had before use to scare the crap out of me. For the first 5 seconds its a girls head just floating there. I accidently screamed the first time i saw it.

Yeah...it only took Honda and the rest of the world like 30 or so years to realize Civic backwards is still Civic.

 

For real, that simple yet elegant touch on the Civic name fell right into their marketing team's hands. However, I see them concentrating on how the word becomes perfectly symmetrical with the last "c" reversed more so than it being a palindrome.

I might also add I can't stand M.I.A. and The Postal Service is overrated. Has Honda figured they've captured the consumer majority and now they have to market to all the hipsters out there??
