I know this has nothing to do with most of you but here I go. I don't know if many or any of your read my post about ScionLife Member: BlackSandTurboTc. Story was I bought TYC tail lights form him. And he never sent me the item. Months later I finally recieved them. he had ot get new ones because of damage to the first ones he sent. OR whatever. Anywho I have them now and they are fine. But thing is he told me in a voicemail and message that he would send me BACK my money for all the inconvienience (sp?) I know I shouldn't really get this money back, its not necessary. But he told me he was going to send it to me the week I got the taillights. And itsb een like another month since then. I've asked him about it and said something about a check he's waiting for. Either way I told him if he didn't intend on paying then just to tell me so I can move on with my life. I don't knwo if any of you have any realtionship with him or plan on buying or have bought items form him. Just wondering if nayone has had as many problems as I have. Sucks!

 

Honestly... I'd say just keep asking him. If he really has a check coming, as him what for. Ask him when he expects it. Etc... just get details, if it sounds like BS, just let it go. If he sends you the money, awesome, you win. If not... you still got the parts, not a huge deal. Just a PITA.

 

Yea thats exactly how I feel. itsj ust getting a frustrating I'd wish he'd just tell me no I changed my mind or something!

 

damm that sucks.....yeah like ack154 said... I would ask ?'s and if its shady just forget about it...not really worth u stressing over thinking about it.....

Well I would just forget about it. You did get your product and it works properly. Sure it was way later than suppose to be and I would think you deserve some sort of repayment. However you also said you don't expect to get your money back so therefore just move on.
