Hi ScionLife Friends -
On Saturday, May 12th, I will be participating in the 5K Revlon Run/Walk to help fight all kinds of women's cancers. I was unable to attend last year, but was adamant about participating this year. This walk will take place in downtown LA where thousands of participants will talk over 3 miles through the streets of Los Angeles for the common goal of raising funds and awareness for women's cancers.
I'm sure most of your have a friend, family member, or person you know of that has battled and possibly even survived a type of women's cancer. You may even know someone that did not survive it. Although I do not know anyone personally, I know that different types of womens cancers effective millions of people each year.
All I am asking is that you take a moment out of your day to visit my fundraiser page and make a donation. Any amount is better than nothing!
I am asking each of my friends here on ScionLife to donate at least $1! One dollar is all I am asking of you! That $1 could be the dollar that finds the cure to one or more of these deadly diseases.
We spend hundreds - if not thousands - of dollars each year on Starbucks, fast food, and gasoline - only to get little in return. This donation could make a huge difference in someone's life.
You can donate safely and easily by click this link:

Thank you,
Cynce

I believe in donating to general cancer foundations as well and have many times - this is just the event that I am participating in at this time because I am female and I have to consciously worry about someday possibly being diagnosed with one of these ailments.
Everyone has a mother, aunt, sister, wife, or girlfriend that could possibibly be diagnosed with a form of women's cancers as well - so its really a good cause to think about donating it - even if it is just $1
