Holy $h!t
yeah its alright, its intermittent. its cool for now but it doesn't really ever get comfortable. i just wish the stupid ac people would fix it right instead of attempting to fix it and have it not do a damn thing
Yall should try Austin, TX. It's some kind of mythical vortex where humidity and sun baking heat combine to achive an absolutly hellish weather pattern. Like, 110 with 85-95% humidity. It's an oppressive heat. It's Africa hot!
A friend was interning in Austin from Boulder, CO. She had a friend from CO passing through on her way to Miami who asks if it's safe to leave her stuff in the car. The reply, "just don't leave anything in the car that can melt." To which the Miami bound friend said, "Come again? Are you kidding?"

i feel you thats how hot it gets here in yuma tooo
100 may not be 120, but it's still hot for the upper midwest, where home and business cooling systems aren't usually engineered to deal with it. At least my AT xA will shift into OD almost immediately.
At least we have a variety of weather: it gets to at least -10°F every winter, and I've experienced -45°F more than once. That's locally, without travelling to the Canadian border. Embarrass, Minnesota has seen -60°F, and regularly vies with Gunnison, Colorado, for the national low temp.
This thread should be revived some time around mid January...

I used to live in Frisco, CO and we would get down to -15 or so for a few days every January, those days were not fun to work in the ski industry. I don't mind the cold and love to play in the snow, just hate having to deal with the snow around the house and driving.
