Setting up a meet in a town that I have never been to would be like the way things are done in the business that I am in ( Event Production...hint, hint ), you go and do a site survey. Although it would be a major help to have a few people in that area who are willing to assist.

 

something similar is the scikotics asylum meet... lots of people from around the country go to it.

perhaps talk to frankenscion about it?
