ok so just take the noodles out and then crack an egg into the spiced water? need to stir at all?

Mix the egg up really well in a bowl.

Once the ramen is done, as in it's boiling and you're about to pour it into the bowl to eat, take the egg, and slowly pour it in. Try to spread the egg evenly. Now, take a spoon and slowly stir a couple times. You'll see the egg thicken. Don't over stir it or the egg is going to break up into tiny pieces. Good fingernail size chunks is what you want.

ok i didn't try the egg just yet. Kinda scared to mess it up.

So i opted for an old recipe i used to do when i was a kid.

Cook the noodles like normal but sear some kielbasa in a skillet and then mix them together in a bowl. I just added a small splash of soy sauce. Just wish my nose wasn't stopped up so i could actually taste it. ha ha

I did the egg thing. Its actually very easy. Just like 30 seconds is enough for it to cook. I couldn't find any meat though so all I have in mine are green beans and some egg

Even if you mess up, the worst that's going to happen is you have little egg particles in your ramen. You don't really have to worry about undercooking the egg.

I love to eat at a local Ramen house (Ryowa Ramen House). So great! I'll eat anything there. Other than that, I'll only eat the McDougall's ramen and miso soups. Everything else prepackaged is disgusting.

theres other ways of to eatting this wow i always combine two ramen noodles and 1.5 of the flavor packets i use the K.I.S.S. method

Any flavor doesn't matter. If you have cooked meat l(like chicken, turkey, steak, etc.) ying around, throw it in there to warm up. when it's near done cooking, drop an egg in, let it sit for about 10 seconds to solify some, then stir to break up into a few pieces of egg instead of one solid one.

Take it off the burner add a slice of cheese on top for extra creamy goodness.

yum...ramen noodles...i used to eat it all the time...i would add hot sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce. i'd drink the broth or soak up the broth with bread...if i had the money, i'd add chicken or bits of leftover steak while cooking it for protein...good times...

uh...they sell ramen at regular grocery stores...even the bulk brick packages ;)
