Fortunately I had the late shift Sunday through Tuesday so have no lost a lot of sleep. I can feel my body clock screwed up though......

I choose B. And I always wake up at 8:30 am when I take ambien. And the nice thing about it is you don't feel groggy like if you take something like tylenol PM or whatever other not-made-for-sleeping drugs you can take to fall asleep.
I got too accustomed to ambien.. so i gave it up long ago..
