actually, my cousin has a german shepard and it is the biggest sissy of a dog i've ever seen. not an aggressive bone in his body. first time it met me, let walk right in the house and didn't even growl, ran right up to me and wanted to be petted. but then again, that dog is just a bizzare exception.

Only wierd thing was, for some reason he didn't like black people. Wierd because one of my best friends growing up was black, as was my brother's best firend, so it's not like anyone taught him that.

German Shepherds aren't really bred to be aggresive or whatever. Police K-9's are trained to be that way.. but loyalty is in GS blood.. so you ____ it off, cross the line, threaten them or who/what they are loyal to, don't doubt for a second that you will see that mean bone. Otherwise.. you just might assume they're all sissy.. 
Anyway, nice.. I'd be scared out of my mind to do that.. despite all the protective gear.
