I hate you. I wish for terrible things to happen to you.

I used to park like that in my Excursion. The parking spaces in San Diego are tiny and if you don't take up 2 spots people cram their cars in the spaces next to you. One time I had to get in from the rear hatch cuz I couldn't get in on either side. But I always made sure to park REALLY far away so that I wasn't taking up precious soccer mom real estate.

see, this is where it pays to drive an old clunker....
i was with a friend looking for a parking spot in a parking deck. this guy with a brand new tahoe pulled into two spots right in front of us. he hurried in the spots so that we couldn't get in there. now, these were end spots, so it wasn't exactly the same situation as the original posters, but it's close. my friend is driving and old, beat up mazda b3000 truck that he takes off-roading about every other weekend in the summer.
this tahoe driver just made a huge mistake. my friend, from NJ(they don't seem to take crap off of people there), pulled his mirrors in and parked between the wall and the tahoe. the fit was tight to say the least. i roll down my window and start to climb out using the wall for leverage. my friend does nothing of the sort. he opens his door, not once or twice, but six times, as though he couldn't figure out what was wrong with his door. he dented in and scratched the tahoe door about a foot. i thought it was pretty amazing considering he was only able to open the door about 3-4 inches. the guy ran around to our side of the car and we just laughed at him. my friend rebutted his irrate screaming with a calm"i'm sorry, i didn't realize you parked so close."
i hope that story of retribution helps you feel better. and i hope it instills a bit of sense into those of you that practice parking in two spots. it's fine to do AWAY from a store, with a half empty lot. if the place is packed, maybe you should have driven your other car.

I had a guy at work take up 4 spots the other day in his wanna be Cobra (Mustang with Cobra eblems). I come in to work today and he is take up 3 spot that would normally be in the shade and cool at lunch time. Lets just say he will have to do a lot of wigglin' to get out of that spot today :D
