I need advice :(
I completely agree with the last two statements, it's as iif they took the words right out of my mouth.
Don't give up on her. I know it's been said before, I just want to repeat it.
I wish you the best of luck with this, I hope this advice everyone is posting is some help.

Thats always a really hard topic. Iknew people that did lots of things, it could've been as simple as when I was 15 and my friends started smoking and drinking. I'd usually just shy away and just shake my head at them. I've never done any drugs or drinking, but I've been around it, alot. There has always been people I knew (family) that want to think that we're out to get them, that we don't understand, that we don't want whats best for them. Like many people said, help your friend in whatever way you can, even if youre friend might take offense and feel that your relationship is at stake. I can't really say I've been there or anything at all, just giving my input, cause I know that kind of stuff can completely ruin people's lives, its not worth it.
I'd like to say help, and by all means offer the help, but as a friend of mine is finding out right now, you can't help someone who doesn't think they need it, his wife got hooked on it and it has torn them apart, going through divorce now, he did everything he could for her and now she is trying to make him out to be the bad guy, even taking one of his birds, breaking up a pair of conures(parrots) that have been together for 20 yrs. that is killing him, afraid she will neglect the bird and it will dye without him knowing it. So, in conclusion, meth is bad, offer the help, but be prepared to end up the bad guy, people on meth are not in control of their thoughts, the drugs are. Good luck.
My buddies wife did rehab, tested positive twice and was kicked out, that was over a year ago, even got into conseling for the both of them, nothing helped, not saying all are as bad, but once meth gets ahold of you, it won't let go. Have a co-worker who is into natural pathic drugs and he is working with an addict, he has helped other drug addicts, but meth is a killer, the success rate of rehabing a meth addict is very low. Again, good luck, your going to need it.
You have to work at this with no emotion. There is a good chance that your friend will die. I'm not trying to be mean, just clear and concise. You should do what you can to help her, but when it comes down to it, she has to WANT to quit. You can reason and argue with her to no end. And for all your arguing and heartache, you will probably be repaid with dissappointment. And she will say it's not her fault. That the addiction has a hold over her and she has to do it. She has a choice every moment. All she has to do is want to live, to be happy again. Not artificially happy, but happy like when she rode a bike by herself for the first time. Argue and reason with her, but at the end of the day, it's her choice. that's what makes the difference. If she decides that she wants help, be there for her all that you can. Help her to seek professional help. Do everything in your power to help her. She may still lapse back, but try, try again.
I have a friend that is an alcoholic. I have been trying to get her to quit for years. I've taken her to AA meetings, she's gotten so many dwi's that she goes to jail for 30 days anymore if she gets caught driving(just driving, not drunk driving). She now has cirrhosis and unless she's really lucky, she will die from it in about six months. She never once wanted to stop drinking, and still hasn't. She still drinks every night. I keep telling her that the doctor said she had six months IF she quit drinking. She just smiles and says "What's the point in living if you can't enjoy yourself.", or something similar. I'd rather she didn't enjoy herself.
I guess the story about the frog and the scorpion holds true in my case, hopefully not in yours.
You have my best wishes. Good luck.

i know meth well.
i have done a little of it when i was younger, its a Very big club Drug in the ___ community of NYC, its What makes Alot of the larger afterhours Clubs, go till 11am, into Noon. Ny has seen what a impact the Drug has had on the scene here for a few year's now
Its disgusting, and some Say its more Addictive then Heroin and Crack.
If she is doing it twice a week, she is prob only sleeping a few days out of those weeks, and How much of it is she doing? a Gram, a half? more?
She needs HELP, how old is she? Are u close with her parents? What kinda parents does the girl have? a good home?
i might be able to help you. Send me a PM, i can even halp u find somone in your area.
Confronting her is not Something u DO ALONE.
Please understand that, untill i know more about her usage, i cant guide u correctly.
So its really important i get the Right info from you..
