i am sure that i am not the only one who thinks this. and i am sure i am going to cheese a lot of people off with this thread, but, it is my belief that scion is replacing honda as the new face of "rice"... i mean, if you think about it, they made a cheap car good car, they spend untold dollars to the marketing of the brand to "younger" drivers... you car "rice" the car from factory... how many bone stock cars do you see on the road... in all honesty, i think i see more bone stock hondas on the road as opposed to scions... i must say, scion has become the new "ricer" brand of cars... now lets see who this upsets...

 

i still see honda as a "ricer" car due to the fact that they are wayyyyyy cheaper than scions. even though they're older than scions it's easier for high school kids to get a hold of them and start "tuning" them. And i see a lot of stock scions running around in my area (mostly xA and xB) compared to stock hondas hehe

not upset but just stating what i see in my area

 

my area, most scions have at least one mod, i was reffering more to "newer" cars, though even on this site, i do see a lot of younger persons driving these cars, when compared to a civic, these are a better buy... but yeah... i see scion replacing honda as the face of rice over the next couple of years, which is fine by me, that just means more mods for our cars... hahaha...

 

in my area i see fewer and fewer scions every day and the ones i do see is the ones i see every day in the same parking lot

 

Honda will always be the Rice leader. There is so much more availible for them compared to Scion. Maybe if Scion sticks with it for 10 years they might make a dent in the Rice market.

 

i see more stock tCs than modded tCs. And when I say stock I mean BONE STOCK. Not even an s2k antenna.
