just something i was wondering...

i dunno where i came up with this or why...but since i did think of it i kinda want to know the answer...

would putting speakers from a guitar amp in a car work?

If your amp WAS good, and they fit, they'll work.
Match power-ratings of the amp and speakers as best as you can.

you can (ive done it w/a karaoke/guitar amp setup) the ohm'age usually isnt the same tho

Guitar speakers generally have a very high ohm rateing. It would make it very hard to get much power to them with a regular car amp, since they are only designed to do 4-8 ohms at the highest. Hell alot of car audio subs run at 2 ohm or lower.
