keep in mind not many years ago all Japanese cars were considered pos's...... They XB is so far off the mark of what a large amount of XB 1 owners want....I probably done with Scion except for maybe an IQ if I can get a Five-Axis kit for it.....As for reality at present Hyundai/Kia product is of high quality and some case better then most other...the Genesis sedan is on par with any other luxury car out there

The Cube, like the second generation xB, addresses a lot of the shortcomings of the first generation xB. I also test-drove a Soul recently. Kinda fugly, and underpowered.

the coupe is sweet...but the sedan has the killer V8

I've seen the Soul in person and checked it inside and out. Feels kinda hard and cheap inside, and does not feel as large as a xB1 or Cube. Its got a couple of cool features inside and the style is cool, but the sticker price will make some walk away. The Cube on the other hand feels like its too much car for the money, they got tons of cool feartures and one loaded with auto CVT, windows locks, cool 16" wheels, cd w/ aux, is like $16k. I still will take my 06 xB over both of them, but if something happened to my car or we need to add another car to the family it will be a Cube 1.8SL hands down.
