hey everyone, this is a question for the animal lovers.
I let my sister and her new husband move in with me until they find a house here, which prolly wont be for a while bc she is in pharmacy school that would be impossible to get thru having a job, so, being the good brother I am, they live here for free,...
but heres the dilema, they brought a very dominant female kitty cat along named Mica, she was a house cat with NO claws before she moved here. She now can go in and out whenever she pleases...
Now my cat, Sneaky, is also a very dominant female as well, and she HAS her claws, so needless to say i think my girl would win in a fight. We found her living in my shed, so she is obviously a natural born huntress, and can give some very mean scowls and scrapes... we took her in and got her shots and now she loves it here...
they have been in the same house for a couple months now, and still every time they see each other they lock eyes and start hissing and go into attack mode. Does anyone have any idea how to get these two to get along at all? I literally wake up during the night and have to break up a hissing cat fight. It is a big house so i know they have alot of room to roam.
They also brought an attention loving golden lab, and whenever he see you pet one of the cats, he needs to come over and trample them and get some lovin as well, he likes the cats, but they obviously dont like him too much...
any suggestions from you animal lovers out there? these fights need to stop!
thanks everyone!
