The Bonus DVD was ok (about 30 mins of footage w/ narration, along with all the trailers that have come out for MGS4).
The highlight is getting the Beta access key.
It's supposed to be available everywhere, but I only had luck securing it from Game Crazy. Game Stop has it "coming soon".
