So while I was sitting at home watching tv I saw the commercial for the new Mt Dew and made fun of it. Part of this is because I am sooooooooooooooooo so so so so so sick of all things Halo 3 related (I work at Microsoft you see) and can't wait for the stupid thing to just be out so I can stop walking around campus and running into life size halo 3 characters. I work in play land.

Perk of working at Microsoft (other than it's awesome) the kitchens/break rooms all have completely stocked free fridges, one for pepsi and one for coke well I just walked out and saw that we now have the new mt dew in there... and it tastes pretty much exactly like code red.... maybe with a little more citrus.

not too shabby.

its aight, it takes like liquid twizlers. and if u eat them together, they taste awesome! its just so suggary.... im addict to arnald palmer arizona ice tea (half lemonaide half tea). love that stuffz!

all I know is mt. Dew Livewire (organge soda and mt dew) was by far the best mix of two flavors period, too bad they don't make it anymore.

 

i'm curious what death tastes like. i once sat down with some friends in college and made a shot that tasted like rotting horse flesh smells. that was actually our goal, since we had been exposed to that scent earlier that day. i don't EVER reccommend trying to reproduce that flavor. 2 of us became violently ill after that.

is that kind of the 'death' flavor you were thinking? or was it more like boiled bones? like a soup base?

 

1) i agree, livewire was the best x3 of any pop.

nah, not wierd. it was an ag class. took it for fun. had a bunch of friends that were ag engineers in it. the horse had died and nobody knew where it was for a few days. when we went out to the field, it was easy to follow the scent back to it.
as far as ingredients, there was wild turkey, goldschlagger, jack daniels, jaggermeister, kahlua, and a couple others.... i cant remember all of them right now. we were building the shots with eye droppers. it took about 15 test runs to get it right.... we were all pretty toasted by the end of the night. nothing to be proud of. actually, those 2 guys were really, really sick. had stuff coming out of the ducts in their eyes. almost made the rest of us sick. almost.

 

lol... im a "burn on the way down" kinda guy. i dont like anything else.... and sounds like a party!

 

Game Fuel is decent, Ive drank a few lately. It has something like 75mg of caffine, which is more than double a normal coke or other soda

 

yeah, but you gotta ask yourself.... are you a "burn on the way back up" kinda guy. if you can stomach 2- 32 oz cups of warm jungle juice(made with at least 50% everclear) then this drink might stay in your stomach.

 

I have changed my thoughts on this drink.

It tastes like caffinated cough syrup.

 

I like game fuel it reminds me of liquid pop rocks, I think they just took code red and livewire and mixed them together

 

I have to say it tastes to me like liquid jolly ranchers, not so much twizzlers or pop rocks, IMO

 

They sell Live Wire here all day long! I love that soda, it is the best for hangovers too! Live Wire is the only Dew I like.

 

Everclear...ha ha ha...I made over 200 sugar free syringe jell-o shots with a whole bottle one day for a party that evening on Bourbon Street. Well, believe it or not...not a soul showed up and I had fronted for the room and the alcohol, so what better way to end that evening than eat 180 of those damn jell-o shots. Needless to say I was pretty wasted.

P.S. For anyone wondering why i used sugar free jell-o...because sugar free jell-o holds alcohol better and stay more in the jell-o state than regular jell-o.
