need help figuring out what movie i'm thinking of
i'm trying to think of a movie where its got a character like the guy from jeepers creepers but its takes place in a city and there's a little kid that builds a miniature of the monster...i think there's a radio that has something to do with it and a reporter or parent or therapist....
i dont remember any more of the movie
