sprayed it with belt dressing and probably charged em 200 to fix it

 

that's a work order from an Andrewtech Automotive Solutions....looks like some bs work order that the mechanic filled out to be funny or something.

 

My guess would be a friend of the tech or an emp of the dealer/repair shop. I had a tech to that to me on my SE-R. I had removed the Whole EG-R system, replaced the V/C with an Infiniti cover and done a few other things to the car. On my car, he went though and did a real thorough job and listed ever leak possible and wrote a small story about my illegal modifications to my emissions componants and such. It was pretty good.
