It's definitely a good experience. I need to start going back to the gym as I've gained a lot of weight back due to being unemployed and sitting on my behind for 4 months. Just started working again.. finally.
My New Years resolution was to remember important stuff and get more organized.
I wrote down important dates and information in a little pocket calendar so it would all be in the same place.
But I forgot where I put it.
