Brett Favre could have played in the 60s but I don't know that he could have succeeded at the same level. Rules were WAY different for defense.

All I could say is Where was the Denver team that beat New England last week. I hate the Steelers and they just walked into the superbowl. All I can say now is GO SEAHAWKS!!!

yep, walked through the 3 best teams and they're gonna do the same with the seahawks. I admit they're not my team, but since my team sucks (Dallas) they were my first pick after they were eliminated.

I hope not! I think the Colts could have beaten Pittsburg instead. Heck Pittsburg got lucky last week, they almost lost it at the end and only won because of the bad kick. Denver just fell down on the job today. That's gotta stink for Detroit to host a game they will never be in. LOL

LOL...look at New Orleans. As a matter of fact, look at ALL the past SuperBowls. Not once has there been a 'home team' in the superbowl. I mean, the NFL has a way of picking host stadiums that have teams that never make it! It's kind of weird... Do they know something we don't?
I know some of you are going to dig back through the archives and prove me wrong, but for the most part, there has never been a team go to their own stadium for the Superbowl that I can think of anyway.

You must have missed the part where the Colts got back in the game on a touchdown that was scored on a drive after possibly the worst over-turn in replay history. The Colts had no business being anywhere close to tying (not winning) the game on that kick. Just keep in mind that the Steelers are basically the same team this year as they were when they went 15 and 1 last season. Their spot in the Superbowl as a 6 seed playoff team is no fluke.

Jake Delhomme for Seahawks MVP.

Really hoping that the Super Bowl won't be too one-sided. Both teams look really hungry for a trophy and hopefully we'll see a high-scoring game from them.
