crew chief gone, team manager gone, car impounded and sent to NASCAR technical headquarters in Charlotte...

Waltrip just isnt haveing a good week

the car right now is covered in bondow from the accident on thursday with dale jr... for him to go out and practice in final practice, they put the numbers on with tape...

they have got a lot of work to do tonight if they really wanna be competitive tomorrow...

but really, tomorrow my money is on Jr, Tony, or Johnson...

Gordon has to start in 42nd because of that shock mount problem at the end of the duels... which is gonna be a minor setback, but then again, its daytona... and that doesnt mean anything

I don't like any of HMS.. well I can deal with Gordon and maybe Casey Mears.. but I just don't like and can not stand or deal with or anything Johnson.

I've met Stewart. We met him at where else but Home Depot! My little brother was less than a year old and he signed his shirt, lol. Good guy (with given tempter issues, but everybody has their issues).

I'd have temper issues too if I was trying to do my job and have everyone bugging the hell out of me constantly. Off the track he's an awesome guy.

I hate anything JJ related

I was sitting there at a restaurant watching it (somehow I got talked into leaving the house while the race was on) and got up and started cheering him on as he took the lead and won it. Then noticed everyone was looking at me like wtf is he doing?!? I do feel sorry for Mark though, he almost won it.

It's hard to find nascar fans, at least fans around the stuff I like, scions and nascar don't seem to mix much.

How did someone get you to leave the house during the race?? No, not just the race.. Daytona???

I wouldn't have minded if Mark won it.. he came back after saying he was going to retire.. so it would've been an awesome win. There's been so many changes (I didn't watch last year, probably didn't catch a single race).. I was talking to my mom about it and it's just mumbo jumbo and confusing as hell.

Earlier today someone said something about NASCAR on this game I play, and so others started talking about how it's stupid, blah blah. Someone said NASCAR = Non Athletic Sport ... shoot, I forget the rest. I know I should've written it down. But it's hard not to be like, "You sit in a really hot car for hours at a time, going anywhere from 100-200 mph, driving next to other cars (42 other cars infact).. and not going straight.. not to mention keeping yourself hydrated but being unable to just stop the race to use a bathroom.. unless you really just want to pee your pants and live in your thick suit like that. And try rolling over several times or sliding across the track on your roof and one, not getting injured.. and two, trying not to be scared sh*tless for your life as every other car is coming right at you! ..... then tell me it's not athletic, it's easy, boring with no adrenaline. Maybe at that time, I'll believe you." Or... you know.. something to that effect. I kept it to myself, lol.

Oh! It was NASCAR = Non-Athletic Sport Centered Around Rednecks.

I was like, I'm not a redneck... lol.
