Why is it that people feel compelled to "waste" moeny when they are broke... we have all done it.. but why..

IE we feel the need to satisfy modding a car but we cant afford the item we wish for so instead we buy the cheaper stuff... only bad thing is 99% of the time the cheaper stuff will bite us in the ___ and end up costing more money if we would have just sprung for the good stuff in the first place...


WHY!!!!! someone tell me WHY!!!

I have a problem wasting money when broke and when not broke.

There's hardly any difference in my spending habits, lol.

 

I understand that, but Im refering to, ok lets say Scion owner Ted.. he wants after market tails... well he paints them.. $40
then he doesnt like it so sands them clear then paints again..$40...

well he really wanted some x brand that sells for $100

Why not get them in the first place? instead of "time being Im too broke for anything else Mods"

Ted just spent $180 for his tails.

 

Cheap Stuff= After a accident you dont cry knowing you didnt spend that much on parts!..

Expensive Stuff = After totaled your car find out you wont get any money back w/ ALL the expensive parts u have on the car even w/ receipts!!!!...*sad face*..
