Drove to Orlando (about 100 miles away) to pick some friends from the airport yesterday. Was driving on I4 (big interstate in Fl Takes you from Tampa to Orlando) between 80-105 MPH, could not believe how nice the box drives, I dont really get to drive that fast too much.

Anyways, back to the point, I pick my friends up at the Airport and are cruising around Orlando, Windows down and the stereo thumping, and we decide to go to City Walk. City Walk is a bunch of restaurants and shops by universal studios, its awesome, they usually have really good concerts at the Hard Rock and House of Blues, we eat at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville. Drank a bit too much, and gave the keys to my friend Ashley. So eventually we start making our way back home, and while on I4, we spot a tC, and I get her to start racing her. Her boyfriend up front gets a kick out of a Hot girl tryin to race her in a xB, and we just start messing around. Eventually they get off a exit, and we spot a cobalt (Not supercharged) and we get him to do a little racing too. 1-2 miles later, I get a bad feeling in my stomach and I tell her to slow down. No more than a minute later, in front of us, i see police take down lights going. He pulls over the cobalt, and by then we are going the speed limit. It was so funny.

When we were almost home, I spot a Tow Truck in front of us, we sneek up on it and hit the horns (I have 2 sets of Hella Supertones behind a mesh grill) and he jumps up a little. He slows down and gets behind me AND TURNS ON HIS LIGHTS! This turd tries to scare her by turning on his tow lights. I climb halfway out of the car, (I was still a little boozy) and yell at the guy and gave him the one finger salute. Yeah, Real mature of me, I know.

Thats about it, I just thought our trip was kinda funny. Any funny road trip stories you want to share?

 

haha well this one time....

i was smoking some "tobacco" (cough cough :D) and as my friends and i were driving up to the lake here which is about 150 miles away, ANYWAYS, there is an exit you have to take or else you will be going the completely wrong direction.

So the smart guy i am, i totally missed the exit and we didnt even realize it until we started seeing mountains instead of water....it wasnt a TOTAL bust, i got to drive my GF's brand new mazda 3 that mommy and daddy bought her(way back in 2005)

all in all, we went about 100 miles in the WRONG DIRECTION! oh well, lesson learned i guess!

but we had to sell some of our "tobacco" so we could have enuf gas to get up to the lake, and when we showed up, everyone was like WTF WHERE WERE YOU GUYS! WE GOT HERE 2 HOURS AGO! :D

when i was 18-19, my dad flew me down to denver to drive up(to seattle) my sister his old buick(well it was a 95 fullsize something). soon as i got there, i went to a smoke shop right outside of denver(surprisingly there aren't many or any listed in the phone book) and picked up a metal bong stem and bowl, and using a 20oz mountian dew bottle, burned a hole in the side of it, pushed the stem through and made a fun little bong, which i would use for my trip.

the car had a tape deck, so because there is little to no radio in the midwest, i bought prodigy's fat of the land and best of ramones and just listened to those over and over. i ate exclusively at denny's. it was pretty fun, cruising at over 100 most of the way. Since there were lots of people in these po-dunk towns that use the interstate to travel to the next town for groceries, they would just follow me knowing if anyone was getting pulled over, it was me. I got a lot of thumbs up from people as they would pass me, knowing i shortened their trip alot. all while taking bong hits @100mph while steering with my knees.

 

i was trying to get to the palace for a blue man group concert, printed directions and started off.... problem was that i turned the wrong way on the main street, and after about 45 minutes i realized i was at the airport; the absolue wrong way! o sh-t! got like 20 minutes till it starts! so i do a 180 in the street and book it back, took 45 to get to the airport, but to get back to where i should have been took me like 30! so i finally made it to the palace and i find my seat with my friend and no more than 20 seconds later the show starts! BOOYA! and we saw a pimped xB there too! woo what a rush!

 

Went w/ a few people from SE up to the Toyota-Fest show this weekend..While going up 5 North...Saw a Brand NEW Dodge Viper Roll'in w/ some chick in it..WTF?...she was only going like 65MPH..she wasn't old either!...Then further down the Freeway I saw the New C-Class Mercedes in Camoflage being tested it had Blk tape all-over it etc...It looked Purty Schweet!...Then saw a dude in a Honda Accord w/ Hydros after we passed him he lifted up the front of the car and was Roll'in like that for a while..Haha Loser!!....
