CAR: 1994 TVR Griffith 500 (USED) $20555 w/43036.2 mile on ODO.
MODS/PRICE:
$50 Oil Change
$50 Car Wash...hey it's a brit sports car, gotta keep it clean
$3300-Sport Suspension
$5000-NA Tuning Stage 1
$1300-Weight Reduction Stage 1
FASTEST TIME: 1'37.624
Could have been faster but pushing 393bHP on sport tires and running w/o upgraded brakes due to overprice cost hurts lap time.

i think in all of my test and drive session i drove about 10laps so im prob around 30 to 40 laps right now. i did say unlimited number of laps so there is no reason to stopa t 5 if you think you can go faster.

I set my quickest on lap three, I think, then the other two were just not going well. I hate that ghost car, but I need it at the same time. The worst is when you're driving a really good line, but your ghost car's just barely in front of you and takes up the whole screen right before you go into a turn so you're hopelessly screwed.

...or would it be possible to run the same limitations in Forza and have all of the times listed together? Could be interesting to see how GT4 compares to Forza in respect to times.

hmmm maybe. though i think the tracks will be pretty limited and you cant really do any mods. would be cool to run bone stock cars around the same course though. i mean they both claim to be realistic games, the physics cant be THAT diff between games ya know what i mean. could be a possibility for the future. im already setting up the next round which i think is going to go over well. i will post it up either tonight or 2morrow as a way to get some more input as its a little more involved then this round but should be alot of fun. really bring out the the tuner and the driver.

I think I saw a comparison and I think on most tracks with similar car setups, the times were almost dead on

Intereting, the next one should be Forza v. GT4.

It's pretty odd that the times we've gotten so far are so dang close, considering the totally different cars and approaches concerning modifications and drivetrain lay out and such.
