so i was ATTEMPTING a double backflip off this bridge that is about....20-30 feet off the water....

i got the double, it was just the extra rotation that got me....so really i guess i did more than a double... haha

i wish i had a video of the whole thing... heres a pic of the damage... 3 broken ribs....

Ouch. That sucks. I can't imagine how it feels to have them broken in the back of your rib cage like that. I broke a rib on my chest two summers ago while knee boarding behind a boat. It hurt so bad I almost blacked out. It took it a loooong time to heal. Good luck!

 

you didn't need to make up this elaborate story to cover up what really happened man, i know it's embarrissing but i share your pain and shame, my girlfriend beats me up too.

Well I know slightly how it feels to f up a dive I've once did a complete, and I mean I was parallel to the water surface, back flop off a 3 meter...that was most fun.

Let me give you some advice: stay on earth for awhile or at least until you can take off your shirt.
