someone link me to the board settings

i cant find where to change the setting to email me after a response has been made in a thread i posted.

i know its in the profile page somehwere but im not seeing it

okay i see. but that thing is still annoying to have to unclick that option everytime i want to post.

and i still can never find the board setting link. someone link me to it anyway
