Here's one I spotted yesterday...

It really isn't too terrible upon first glance... with the exception of the dual exhaust...
But the best part is what's attached to the a-pillar. But I guess that when you put dual exhaust on a Civic, fire becomes a more concerning issue?

First Off, I would like to thank everyone for the creation of this thread! Great educational tool for beginning drivers like me lol. Here in philly we spot rice all the time, too bad got no money for camera. I've seen horrible things, mostly mismatched paint, hanging body kits.. Thanks Again lol
Hey those crazy japanese cars are rice to us but you know how much time actually goes to making one of those? The red car is more VIP influenced but still they make their own kits and stuff, they cant just go buy them. Thats a type of tuning there believe it or not. I forget what they call the cars like the first ones, but when you pick them up on Katamari Democy on ps2, it just says gangster car LOL.
