And it's a luggage rack, you put luggage on it, like something that you can't fit in it's trunk.

i would have to agree with stand strong. that is only a luggage rack. it serves a purpose. u put luggage on it. it looks like u can only put one large luggage on it but still. how can u compare 40" wheels to a luggage rack? it might look like a retarded spoiler but its not.
