well.. i think if that car was 2 inches lower, with 18 inches wheels and with full of mods, I dont think people will call it rice.

I wish I had my camera with me yesturday. There is this black 96-99 Civic Sedan here on base. It has a kit & more. If the kit was all it had, it would not be bad. It also has a stacked aluminum spoiler & dual fart cans. Now the big thing about the fart cans, they are 2 different styles

NY is full of rice. lol i need a camera because i see rice all the time! i found a 92 Chevy Lumina trying to be rice. it has a honda emblem on the front where the chevy bowtie was and a honda del sol spoiler on it. its pretty funny looking

 

that truck is awesome. I think they seriously have pieces from like 12 different body kits on there.......

In all seriousness, I would love to actually talk to someone who has a car like that and ask them if they really think it looks cool or if they are proud of what they 'created' Just doesn't make sense to me, I mean my wifes car got keyed by a disgruntled emplyuee she fired and on teh same day an SUV backed into her other door. Both small minor stuff that was easily fixed but I want to get rid of the car because it looks so bad....... I can bearely stand a door ding let alone the 'APC, Shucks and Wal_MArt barfed on my car and this is what it looks like ' look

i believe Guam is the Rice Capital. I can drive 15 minutes to work (which is half the laength of the island) and wouldn't be able to accurately count the number of Aluminum spoilers on the cars out here. The real catch is None of them have anything else done!!! and they are Beater cars. we call them Guam Bombs out here.
