i am starting a petitiion that states you would need 14 kinds of documentation to purchase an emblem, and it must be for that vehicle that you are driving

I think you confused yourself a little.

But it is the thought that counts in which the Euro-R in the super street pic is not rice because it is a racing car so good job on that.

I did not say the Accord Euro-R was just invented I said there is a difference between the production Accord Euro-R and the Circut car

Well duhh, but my point was that you said it wasnt an accord euro-R, like it was some different car. So i said it was a Modefied Accord Euro-R and still in fact an accord euro-R not some different car altogether.

It's just aftermarket lights made by Elegante, they come in plain black, ready to be painted. Besides the gaudy lights and the horrid paint color, it really doesnt qualify as rice, just bad taste.
