I think you are wrong. The one that is in the US is running on CHEVY COBALT engine. So the US version is actuall faster than the european (v-tec). But anyway, to make it street legal you have to purchase it as a KIT car (no VIN) and do a special registration. I wish I had one. ONE DAY!!!

ecotec may be a good motor but i'd never own a ecotec powered atom.

i knew nothing of us spec...
