I love tattoos

My wife has one that's meh, I'd like for her to get it changed/fixed up. Maybe I'll take a pic and get some ideas from you kids.

Smash's so pretty it makes me dizzy.

Oddly enough, my boss really likes it and he's NOT a big tattoo guy.

In any case, I did it because many many years from now this little tat will remind me of all the friends, opportunities, and experiences these goofy little cars have given me in the last few years. I'm extremely greatful for that and always will be.

Got it Thursday down in Des Moines at Outlaw Ink www.outlawsilverstar.com with Bacon (aka Josh). Very good work and I'm super pleased.

Here's the closeup:

It's healing nicely right now which means it looks like crap, but it'll come out right.

Just found this thread... and there are AWESOME tats on here!

I've got 1 on my lower back (typical girl I know, and yes I got it when I was 18 but I still love it!)
And another on my upper back, which I designed myself. Unfortunately, the tattoo artist messed up the shading, which I'm ____ed about... but now looking for another artist to fix it up the way I want it...

Anybody know about the UV ink? I want it to accent on my upper back, but not sure how safe it is, or if it'll last a long time....

Will post pics when I can take some decent ones of them...

UV ink is fun. From what I know, its like all the other ink as far as care. You take care of your skin and you have a beautiful tat for a long time. Treat it like crap and thats what you get.

Also to add to the rest of the thread, I'm meeting with my artist this weekend to set up the kneework I'm getting done. I can't wait.

Your artist is stupid if he's letting you drink anything other than water or soda, alcohol thins your blood, makes you bleed more and makes the tattoos heal alot worse and need more touchups in the future....

AD_Ointment (not neo-sporin) for the first 2-3 days, then non-scented lotion for approx 2 weeks
