thanks. the dragon was the first one and I'd originally planned on it being about 1/2 the size. but when he made a copy and put it on my arm it looked too small. so I got it bigger. and I got the panther to match in size. when I'm wearing a short sleeved shirt they're hidden, you wouldn't even know I've got 'em.

..the difference with people with tattoos and without ..
..is that people with tattoos , don't care if you don't have any .

This is the newest, got it Wednesday... Trinity Knot, represents body, mind and soul as one... the circle represents unending love.

Another Celtic knot design, shamrock is for luck, it was once believed the more over lapping knots you had, the greater protection you had against evil. Also there is no start and no end to a celtic knot, represents the infinate span of your soul in life and death.

thanks all.. it's actually a scarab beetle.. scarabs symbolized creation, resurrection and eternal life in ancient egyptian civilization (with which i am obsessed) .

Here are mine a tribal dragon with a kanji symbol that means power on my left arm and a dragon and pheonix on my back with kanji that says mind body and soul. my next one will be on my right arm a tribal pheonix with the kanji that means grace . they are representative of eternal struggle to find balance. these are two creatures which i think embodies my own personality.

Tats do need some thought...

This one is in memory of my son...

My daughter is designing my next one, tribal band on my right arm, with a dreamcatcher. instead of the normal dreamcatcher web, it will be the zodiac signs for my 3 kids. That way I'll always have them with me.
