yeah I have been working at a shop for about 10 months. Still learning. Shop I work at is all old school. I love it!!! I'll try and post some pics of the shop up, best thing is the owner drives a sw Tc for his daily too....haha

My next will be on my back, on my right shoulder blade. Was yours pretty painful because of the bone, or not too bad?

 

I actually have one on my back on my right shoulder. The one on my back wasn't as painful as the one in the front. It did hurt on the bone and the closer it got to my neck. The head was the most painful.

 

Scotty dear when are you gonna ride your bike out here to the left coast and do some tattoos? I got space for ya.

I just started my right half sleeve, 2 sittings in and I got a really nasty MRSA infection because I went to a concert the day after, got my shirt ripped off, got knocked over and got stepped on. awesome.

Pics after it heals and we do a touch up and another sitting.

This is done by Jim Miner which use to be down here in Costa Mesa but i guess he moved up to San Jose not that long ago....and im looking to find someone local that can do this level of work...
any help would be greatly appreciated.

if not...i think i just might have to resort to taking some unwanted vacation time and going up there...to get my stuff done

yea i know that....ive already lived through that whole you live you learn experience.
12 sessions of laser removal, half my chest pieve having to get lasered off, and $1300 later lol....trust me, i learned lol

I dont know about you, but if there is work from a certain artist you really want, just go that artist. I would rather wait and take a trip to have an artist I trust give me ink, then an artist that someone else recommended tattoo me, and the tattoo not turn out as planned and regret it.

 

Luckily all of my work has been fairly simple, so I've tried 3 'new' artists (I didn't know anyone who had gotten work done by them) and one that my friend referred me too.

I have 2 more planned, just gotta get the moolah!
