I was given a joint to get over it
anyhuuus some times I can't wear a bra cos of the pain, hard to breathe
*off topic* I didn't forget about your pics. I've just been really busy. When do you need them by?
Hmm..couple years ago I was out in the snow walking somewhere with some friends and I was kicking at a sled that someone was dragging. Walked over a patch of ICE (never noticed it) still kicking the sled...my body went left, my ankle went right. Spiral fracture. Now I have a 6" metal plate with 6 screws holding it in place and 1 screw holding my tibula together and the nastiest scar you've ever seen. You can count the screw heads poking out. It didn't hurt at the time...hurt like biscuit when it was healing though. Perkiset FTW!
Sometime last year, I was opening a nerf gun for my little brother with a pocket knife trying to cut those stupid a$$ indestructable plastic clamp things in place...with all my pressure prying on the plastic it slipped and I stabbed my self in the thumb of the hand not holding the knife....all the way to the bone...that one was a fun trip to the hospital...
I actually don't have a scar from this one though believe it or not.
crappy camera phone pic of the thumb:

When I was small I was climbing a metal shelf for reasons unknown, I fell off and tried to grab on, I Sliced all the front of my finger's where your finger print is on about 7 fingers or so. I remember everything clearly with the blood and finger guts everywhere and I think i got a good 30+ stitches. yeapppp good times.
oo yeah that reminds me of another story
stage crew, last year of highschool, a drill bit for wood wasnt staying in the drill, so my my friend and i, (we be retards) decide to old it, then hit the switch, i held the blade he hled the bottom. When it locked in it jerked, tore the tip of me pointer figner 3/4 off, you could see finger guts too, he got burnt around his thumb. i tried to tear it off, because it hurt like a b*tch, but the skin was too strong, so i had to lay it back down, didnt go to the doctor, just put a paper towel over it, and went back to work. My figure print has only recently started to grow back

When I was 18, a friend of mine and I were out riding dirt bikes at a construction site near his house. The site had a HUGE embankment where they were digging to put in some sort of man-made lake in the center of a new subdivision. We would ride down the embankment and then back up it at full-tilt, launching WAY into the air. We had been doing this every day for about a week. We went over to the site on a Friday afternoon. Rather than ride down the embankment first to check it out, I decided to hit it from the top at full-throttle and launch out over the embankment and catch it several feet down. Bad idea! Little did I know, the construction crew decided during the day to remove the section of the embankment I had decided to launch over. I didn't discover this until I was airborne which was too late. I panicked, decided I didn't want to high side the dirt bike and break my neck, so I kicked the bike away and fell to the side. I landed on my back after dropping about 15 feet and proceeded to slide across the dirt and gravel for several yards before I finally stopped. I was wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and a helmet (thank God), and boots. When the paramedics got to me, I was still on my back. The put me on a backplane, put me in a head-stabilizer and took me to the ER. I had severely strained my back, severe whiplash, and very little skin was left on my back, shoulders, and the backs of my arms down to the elbow. On my left elbow, I had actually worn through the skin down to the bone while trying to stop myself from sliding.
That was severely painful. Believe it or not, it actually hurt WORSE in the ER when they began removing the gravel, dirt, and rocks that were still stuck in my back while they cleaned and dressed the open wounds.
Had I not had a helmet on, I was told I would probably not be here today.
Also, when I was 16, I fractured my left Fibula while doing a standing backflip off a 6-foot wall. Since I thought I had just sprained my ankle, I decided to try and stand. As soon as I put weight on my left leg.....CRASH! I hit the ground screaming in pain. Having the doctor move my foot around during the X-Rays wasn't exactly pleasant either. ...F'ing doctors!

I recently experianced a Lisfranc. Now to those who dont know, its worse than a broken foot... Im "looking forward" to surgery on this thursday when they get to put screws in my foot to repair it.... yay...

"Treatment
Often, operative treatment is needed to stabilize the bones and hold them in place until healing is complete. Pins, wires or screws may be used. Afterwards, you will have to wear a cast and limit weightbearing on the foot for six to eight weeks. A walking brace may be prescribed when the fixation devices are removed. You may also have to wear an arch support and a rigid soled shoe until all symptoms have disappeared. In some cases, if arthritis develops in these joints, the bones may have to be fused together.
It is important to follow your doctor's orders and refrain from activities until you are given the go-ahead. If you return to activities too quickly, you may easily suffer another injury, resulting in damage to the blood vessels, the development of painful arthritis and an even longer healing time. "

When i was 12, got hit by a go cart, flew over it, head hit the tire, thank god i had a helment on. I rolled on the dry ground with my shoulders, knees, and elbow burned and raw from the ground. when i stopped rolling i thought both of my legs were broke from the bumper of the go kart, they were badly bruised. my wrist bent the wrong direction and broke. Then my step mom refused to accept the fact my arm was broken and fefused to take me to the hospital for a week. thats my worse.
