Thanks alot tC4italy for making sure everyone saw that.. LOL... I still think it should be the other way around, but thats a fight of its own.

My worse injury would be either when i tore my grown (ouch!!!) or when i broke the ball of my shoulder ( the part that sits in the socket) not my rotator cuff. But yeah i split that ball in two... that was awesome.

Not quit sure what ur confused on.. but your grown muscle runs down your side and it has to do with everything you do, like breathing, walking and all that other good stuff. But i tore mine to where the docs said it would have been better if i just stretched it.... Makes you immoble for a bit and scared to do aything but breathe shallow cuz how bad it hurts to laugh or anytning like that.

Um...I fell off my bike in the driveway last weekend and scraped my knee. I cried a lot and mommy got me a band-aid.

There isn't a "groin" muscle, so to speak... but there are a couple that cross the front side of your hip bone.

Closest thing I can think of to your description is the iliopsoas. Not a fun muscle to tear... pretty much any abdominal motion and flexure of the spinal column would cause pain...

1- ruptured cyst in ovary.
2- breaking both of your femurs in two places each at the same time
3- breaking knee, hip, and shoulder at the same time.
4- tearing a muscle in shoulder then going to work (as a rescue diver) and actually having a mission. laaaaaame.
5- Cervical cancer, not exactly the most painful but by FAR the most draining.

That's my list. All of which I happen to think have sucked pretty dang bad.
