Default Is there anyway, anything to do to make your car hard to tow?

I know.. kinda of a weird question... But yes, Is there anyway, anything I can do to make a towing job of my car extrememely difficult when parking in a plaza parking lot? Any suggestions?

In case you guys are wondering... One of the guys working at the parking lot at where I work at is being really really bitter to me(girl related :p)... even threatens to tow my car! Now.. just to be on the safe side... I just need to know what I can do to prevent this inconvinience from happening to me because of some loser who can't get the girl?

haha.. now I'm relying on my scion fellows... Thx!

How about a giant chain and padlock? A flatbed w/winch can get just about anything that isn't bolted down.

i was thinking practical. but that will work like a charm. drop it, and turn the wheel, and take the steering wheel with you

In all actuality nothing will prevent your car from being towed.

No matter what the angle or even if all your wheels are locked, they'll just drag it onto a flatbed.

I understand that.. i just at least want to buy as much time as possible and make it as difficult as possible thats all...

as of starting to deal with this with the guy that is threatening... really nothing can be done "legally" to prevent him from doing so...

are you illegally parking? people can't arbitrarily have peoples' cars towed unless they are illegally parked. create a paper trail of the threat. call the local agencies.

just be the bigger man and park somewhere else, he might tow it or even key your car.

You can remove the rear tow hooks on an xB. They're bolted to the frame.

Find out the tow company in charge of the lot, call them up and let them of know your situation. Give them your car info and ask them to tell all their drivers.
