Sorry if this is somewhere else but i didn't know what to search for. Has anyone else got a letter from Toyota asking to aquire their xB for the pre-owned department? I'm curious what offers anyone else got.

 

i got some thing like that from other dealerships after we had a large hail storm last year

i think its some sort of scam

 

It's a marketing gimmick (far removed from "scam" status) to get you to trade your car in. The dealership is having a sale or something, and they are just trying to generate floor traffic. There's nothing special here, I promise you.

 

Nah, not good, my friend got that same letter for his wifes jetta a few years ago, they're not short on them or anything, just having a sale and trying to get you to trade in your car, and buy something new, therefore giving them more sales and revenue.
