Default Toyo Tires

Here's a story for you. I had just got my 2011 Scion TC and had only 3,000 miles on it when I pulled out of my street one morning and hit a piece of fencing wire. It went straight into the sidewall of my rear tire and flat it went. I called Toyota to see what kind of a warranty I had on the tires and they told me that I didn't have one. But they could order me another and I would have to wait 3 days and pay $365.00 for it. How could there be no warranty on the tires? I didn't like the answer they gave me so I looked up a Toyo tire rep in the area. I called him and I ordered the tire from him for the same price Toyota was asking. Ready to bite the bullet. Then I emailed Toyo Tires and told them what happened and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I got a call the next morning from their rep and she told me they would go ahead a pay for the tire. She deals with the shop I ordered it from and she called him and said when I got there to call and get an authorization number for the cost. Toyo Tire company is Awesome and I thank them very much for their help. (No, I do not work for the company)

It's always good to hear when large companies still care about their customers. I have never run Toyo tires (have used Goodyear, Bridgestone, and Nitto in the past) but I may look into it!
