There's no effing way this happened... was the turbo kit 'in the car' as in installed? or 'in the car' like, just sitting there. If it was installed, this is the most BS story every, especially since your mom can't open the hood.

If it was just sitting there, I still find it hard to believe, especially if your dad was there and was trying to hold her back. No way.

If, on some crazy planet, this actually happened, buy your mom a bottle of prozac and move out.
