your cold start and idle has nothing really to do with the tune except for the injector correction which is correct assuming you properly loaded dezod's map. i ran on the dezod base map safely for a while actually.

 

they do have to do with tunes, if at idle you pull too much fuel, it would offset trims.

 

but you shouldn't be adding fuel at idle with dezods map. all there is is injector correction.

 

i'm using f/ic anyways lol i was just saying in general terms. i dunno, it's late and biology is getting to me.

I don't know if greddy maps are anything like f/ic maps, but i've had maps on my car that don't run on other cars at all. maybe it's different with the greddy, but injectors size, turbo size, temperature and elevation all make the f/ic maps run differently.

I am in New York . When I say cold start I mean -7 . Trust me it makes a huge difference. It will take a few miles to warm up and get to operating temps. after that I notice no real problems but that initial startup and the next five minutes or so is a crapps shot.

 

you drive your car immediately after starting it up when it's cold outside? O.O;

No, Todd is comeing down to Vegs for some personal stuff...he's just metting with us for a bit since he'll be in town. He's not coming down here JUST for us Vegas folks!
