i live in Syracuse NY and use time Warner for Internet and digital cable, the internet has been fine but my cable service is terrible Ive gone through several box's. no luck. anyway fios isn't offered where i live i was wondering if anyone had some suggestions.

oh side note its an apartment complex they don't allow satellites

 

you just call up the cable company, and tell them your not paying until they come and figure out what is wrong. and thus thusly, your problem will be solved.

 

man cable sucks ..cable company reminds me of mr krabs from songe bob he loves money lol..
