Default ummm... help.

anyone have any good mashed potato recipes that they can hook a brother up with in the next say 2 hours... i got roped into cooking x-mas dinner and the round is in the tube so to speak for the turkey... its already in the process of getting screwed up... so if nothin else i need a good mashed potato fall back. anyone... please?

hmm... nothing wrong with cooking up potatoes, mashing them up with the skin intact and adding some butter, some milk or cream (half&half is good) and garlic

how do you cook them... do you boil em? and how long do you cook them?

you boil the potatoes.. make sure enough water to cover. add some salt to the water too to allow the boiling point to be higher.
cook until fork tender.

red potatoes i like with the skin... cut into cubes and such before boiling... and then drain.

ehhh.. i'm sure you can find some recipes easily

rachael ray has some quick 30 minute meal recipes..
or emeril has recipes posted up online too...

My husband, when he was single and all moved out of his parents house, had to call home to learn how to make hard boiled eggs. LOL

Poptarts can be dangerous.
I saw a video on the 'net somewhere explaining how to make a flamethrower out of a toaster and, you guessed it, Poptarts.
