I may be a "little" late but pick up a ricer from a kitchen shop and you will be astounded at the resulting mashed potatos.

 

I read recently that you put the butter on AFTER you toast it!

 

man I can't believe this, My mother had to work when we were growing up so out of nessecity I picked up a cook book and tuaght myself how to cook. I love to cook and I love to cook for other people as well. It was kind of funny when someone that had come to our Christmas party asked if we had it cattered and who did it. I laughed and said sorry no caterers here just us and we work for three days making it all.

Ok so I say we have a Scion begining cooks day and a lot of wine.
