I have a car in La, Cali that I need to get to Springfield,Mo. And was wondering if anyone on this board had any advice to give me.

My first option is, if I can find a car transporter for a good price then I will ship the car.
If not I am going to go get it myself.

Please direct me in the right way, and the est. on how much it would cost to transport a car.

I looked online and found FedEx, but they wanted $1600 for the transport which I thought was a lot higher then the norm.

so I guess there is not any real solid information
I guess the real debate is, if I can find a transporter for less then $800 bucks, cause if its close to $800 I might as well go there and drive it back.
