how bout truck drivers, here in florida everytime you go down the interstate they are all on the phone, i drive 40 min to work on it and have had plenty of them swerve in to my lane, and keep on yappin

I agree its still distracting but so is talking to your passengers as well. We could do this all day, picking distracting normal day things out... just have to pay attention and be aware of your surroundings while driving.
