i ordered a set of rims almost 2.5 to 3 weeks ago and thru the first processes of my order everything was going great and now its at a standstill. ilast herd from them on jan. 30th saying my rims are going to be shipped and should arive by friday or sometime the week after. so its been two weeks and i still have NO INFORMATION i just called them and they have no information on my order being shipped out but do have information on my order, the guy fwd. to ralph in the sales service and i have talked to him multiple times.
he didnt pick up my call so i left a message and hoping i hear back soon.


this is really scaring my, i have herd of people who have dealt with wheelsnext.com and say there great and this isnt a great experience to me. i mean what the heck?!?!

 

Blah, after calling them back for the third time they had to call fedex which i believe was a cover up for not having the wheels I wanted that they told me that were in stock.

So I switched orders and now am getting Enkei Evo 5 with falken tires and they salesman said he personally would call me tomorrow, he wrote himself a note with that tracking number.

WOW. is all i have to say
